Dr. Dickey
Founder
Dr. Dickey has a passion for imparting knowledge to others. He has been in the teaching realm for over 20 years and served the Volusia, Seminole, and Orange counties of Central Florida.
In addition, he has an extensive medical background that serves the organization well. Dr. Dickey is the founder of Our Next Us Childcare, Inc. and we are grateful for his contributions and philosophies!
Mrs. Nikki
Director
Mrs. Nikki develops students through higher learning education, service, and thought leadership that reveal hidden talents, promotes understanding, and drives passion within.
Her background of teaching is performed at college and Pre-K levels.
Her additional knowledge and experiences certainly serve as complementary endeavors to Our
Next Us Childcare!
Mrs. Veronica
Consultant
Having served as the Executive Director at the TLC Christian Academy, founding and owning Arising Little Angel's Preschool, and even consulting childcare providers---Mrs. Veronica knows all aspects of childcare.
She consults the Owner regarding the organizational needs and also remains available to educate students.
Mrs. Veronica brings an overall wealth of knowledge and experience in the field to Our Next Us Childcare team members!
Mrs. Jackson
Our Next Us Childcare 'Grandma'
As a retired Nurse Mrs. Jackson knows how essential it is to care for others. Her passion stemmed into caring for the lives of children.
To this very day, Mrs. Jackson works in the school districts of Seminole County Florida. Mrs. Jackson holds state certifications in multiple areas of the childcare field and also gives her time back to her community.
Mrs. Jackson discovered her love for people early in life---Our Next Us Childcare is happy to receive her time and over 40 years of expertise!
Ms. Elizabeth
Early Learning Facilitator (Infants)
Ms. Elizabeth has a love for children that is certainly unmatched. She's passionate about guiding young children during their developmental stages. As she's bilingual in Spanish and English, she creates a warm, inclusive environment where infants feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore.

"Mr. D"
Director & Youth Program Instructor
Dominic (aka "Mr. D") is full of fun, intelligence, and brings so much life to the facility. With his energy and excitement, he develops and engages our youth with immersive learning experiences.
He is a Director, VPK Instructor and holds a National CDA credential.
The kids love him and so do we!
Ms. Miranda
Early Learning Facilitator (Pre-K & VPK)
Ms. Miranda is a bundle of sunshine!
And she lights the educational path for her Pre-K students! She is a VPK Instructor and holds a National CDA credential.
We appreciate her knowledge and love for education!
Ms. Jaylin
Early Learning Facilitator (Infants & Toddlers)
Ms. Jaylin speaks fluent Spanish and English; she provides our toddlers with positive learning experiences!
She guides them with care and love as they master countless educational milestones.
She holds a National CDA credential and CHILD TRAUMA certification.
We are so grateful for her!
